BildGroup is seeking an experienced and visionary Division Manager - Asphalt to drive operational excellence, foster a high-performance culture, and deliver strategic growth across our Asphalt Division in VIC. -Our Headstrong Toolkit helps build resilience and well-being in the workplace. -Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and achieving financial targets -Proven experience in a leadership role within the asphalt, civil construction, or infrastructure sector -Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive innovation, and improve systems/processes -Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams -Thrive in a team that leads with empathy, care, and collaboration. -Deep understanding of HSEQ standards and operational best practices
