Tasks

-Ensure Customer Invoices are provided accurately to ensure timely payment -Mentor new employees and assist with training new employees -Assist in dispute resolution -Utilizes various JCI Security Solutions LLC. Systems to ensure accurate billing of invoices -Coordinate Customer’s internal Audits -Utilize creative techniques and flexibility to provide any specialized billing requests of the customer -Review and contribute to daily, weekly and monthly reports -Assist Team Manager with special projects -Ensure billing parameters correlate to the Customer’s Master agreement as applicable
