Tasks
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the overall direction of large, complex, and/or multiple projects, specializing in the delivery of mission-critical data center facilities. This role requires a proven ability to lead and assemble high-performing project management teams, managing the entire lifecycle of a project—from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution—to ensure timely, cost-effective, and fault-tolerant outcomes essential for 24/7 operations. -Coordinating commissioning and integrated systems testing to ensure all critical systems perform as specified prior to handover. -Fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability, particularly within the mission-critical construction environment. -Managing the transition from estimate/pre-construction to construction, including design management when applicable. -Ensuring all projects are completed in a safe, ethical manner and in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. -Safeguarding project bid positions. -Directing and managing the complex construction of large-scale data center infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems, ensuring adherence to rigorous uptime and resiliency requirements.

What You Bring
Data Centers Experience is a Must -Minimum 6 years of experience specifically managing the construction of mission-critical facilities, with a strong preference for large-scale data centers. -6+ years of meeting or exceeding planned profit targets. -6+ years building and maintaining a strong safety culture. -Minimum 10 years of relevant prior industry experience in commercial construction or a related field. -6+ years leading and developing high-performing teams. -6+ years of experience ensuring client satisfaction. -6+ years of successfully delivering projects on time. -6+ years developing quality assurance and control practices, with an emphasis on critical infrastructure testing and validation.
