As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead supply chain operations for our Modular Data Center (MDC) manufacturing site. You’ll ensure efficient material flow, support production schedules, and drive operational excellence.

  • Resolve material shortages and quality issues.
  • Monitor KPIs (OTD, Inventory Turns, PPV) and ensure ERP (SAP) accuracy.
  • Support material transitions for NPIs and product changes.
  • Lead and develop a team of planners, buyers, and logistics staff.
  • Lead MPS and MRP processes aligned with customer timelines.
  • Drive Lean and Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and lead times.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and trade compliance across operations.
  • Manage logistics and warehousing for large modular units.
  • Optimize inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Oversee daily procurement and supplier performance (QCD).
