-Think on your feet to handle incidents, from suspicious activity to emergencies -Ensure building safety through patrols, fire door, locks and security checks -Pitch in with cleaning and tidying when needed

What You Bring

-Confident stepping in before issues escalate, handling situations sensitively -Confident using technology for CCTV, records and customer support -You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that -Sociable, observant, and quick to spot changes in behaviour -Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
