Tasks
We are looking for a Regional Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will lead technical marketing initiatives and manage product approvals for public stormwater projects, particularly with Departments of Transportation and municipalities. If you are passionate about civil engineering and infrastructure development, we would love to hear from you! -Lead technical marketing efforts to expand product usage -Ensure competitive access for ADS products in public projects -Collaborate with sales teams and product managers to support approval initiatives -Manage product approval processes with state DOTs and municipalities -Develop and deliver technical presentations and papers for engineering conferences -Identify and pursue DOT and municipal project opportunities -Build and maintain influential relationships with regulatory agencies

What You Bring
EEO Statement This position is remote but individual must live within the assigned territory (Atlanta, GA area). Travel is required. -Proven ability to develop and execute technical marketing strategies -Experience with Salesforce CRM -Minimum 5 years of engineering experience -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering -Strong decision-making and project management abilities -Ability to travel up to two weeks per month -Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and visiting construction sites -Strong understanding of specifications, regulations, and engineering principles -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
