Collaborate with TRC’s multi-disciplinary ECR team to provide support for engineering and environmental projects;
Provide on-site field support, including for emergency response activities, on an on-call or as-needed basis.
Independently supervise field work, including environmental assessments and investigations, site inspections, and subcontractor activities.
Prepare compliance and control plans, including Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, and Soil Management Plans; and grading and erosion and sediment control plans; and
Prepare technical reports, work plans, design documents, permit applications, and construction documents.

Strong knowledge and understanding of health and safety practices and requirements.
Minimum 5 years of proven engineering experience, preferably in consulting. Experience with Brownfields and other remediation projects a plus.
A valid Connecticut driver’s license.
Ability to travel (typically 20 to 25%) throughout the US, primarily in New England; and
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS, ESRI, and/or Hydro CAD a plus.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Successfully pass a drug test prior to employment or within 5 working days from date of hire.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil or environmental engineering from an accredited university.
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred (required within 2 months from date of hire).
