-Provide leadership in implementing new technologies and methods to improve telecom and fiber installation efficiency. -Standardize operating procedures for safety, scheduling, and resource management. -Maintain strong client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure compliance with contract requirements. -Lead multiple crews and project teams across regional field operations in fiber, telecom, and pole placement projects. -Monitor safety compliance, budget performance, and productivity across all projects. -Ensure equipment, materials, and personnel are efficiently allocated to active jobs.
