Tasks

-Participate in detailed incident investigation teams to determine root causes and corrective and preventive actions. -Prepare and coordinate all environmental permits, reports, and related requirements for the facility - Air, Waste, Water etc. -Complete audits and ongoing site visits to identify and address environmental regulatory, permit, and compliance issues. -Develop, manage, and implement appropriate health and safety procedures in accordance with federal, state, local, and corporate requirements. -Lead continual improvement of the EHS culture, manage OSHA training, and ensure compliance with various environmental permits.

Working closely with the local leadership team, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire EHS program, working to minimize safety risks, ensuring compliance with appropriate regulatory agencies, and implementing corporate initiatives. Experience managing a Title V facility is a requirement. -Knowledge of OSHA and other federal, state, and local regulatory standards. -Previous experience overseeing environmental permitting operations e.g. Title V, Wastewater -Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related degree preferred. -Strong communication skills, and ability to engage with employees at all levels. -5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
