-Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination -Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors -Manage façade and exterior restoration projects from start to finish -Supervise field operations including rigging, scaffolding, and site logistics -Lead site meetings and manage project documentation and reporting -Ensure compliance with Local Law 11, DOB regulations, and safety standards -Track project progress, costs, and change orders to ensure on-time delivery

What You Bring
