Tasks
-Evaluate and improve manufacturing practices using lean line design principles, visual management standards, and 5S workplace organization. -Establish, track, and analyze KPIs to monitor lean maturity, process performance, and support new product introductions and process changes. -Develop, deliver, and lead training, certification programs, and lean events to enhance Lean/Six Sigma capabilities and achieve CI objectives. -Facilitate problem solving and mentor project leaders in applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools across operations. -Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement in compliance with aerospace industry regulations and company policies. -Serve as a change agent by coaching, training, and engaging all organizational levels to foster lean culture and continuous improvement. -Apply data-driven principles and implement digital tools to develop and execute continuous improvement roadmaps that maximize operational performance.

What You Bring
-Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply. -Five (5) or more years of experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence in aerospace or a highly regulated manufacturing industry required. -Lean/Six Sigma certification(s) and demonstrated expertise in Lean Line Design. Green Belt or higher certification preferred. -Proficiency with data analytics systems and software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Excel, ERP systems) required. -Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering, operations, or other technical disciplines required. -Must be eligible to obtain a government secret clearance.
