All successful candidates must under-go and pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen prior to employment. -Experience in and understanding of project management principles. -Experience in using AWM (RAMM) - preferred. -Experience in renewals (either road maintenance, resurfacing or construction). -Knowledge of underlying engineering principles and legislation that represent good practice with NZ civil. -Appropriate tertiary level qualifications - Bachelor of Civil Engineering. -Strong communication skills and people focused approach. -Ability to independently plan across our annual programme, prioritise and take initiative. -Understanding of traffic management planning.
