Planner/PMO Analyst supports project delivery via planning, governance, reporting.

Tasks

-Lead monthly planning cadence including schedule updates, risk management, Contract Status Report generation, and Earned Value Management reporting. -Analyse project data (e.g. critical path, earned value, Schedule Risk Analysis) to forecast outcomes and support decision-making. -Identify and communicate emerging risks and issues, supporting mitigation strategies. -Facilitate resource councils and support gated lifecycle management processes. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint; PowerBI -Engineering manufacturing experience would be advantageous -Strong Planning/Scheduling experience and stakeholder management skills -Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation abilities
