The Role
Overview
Identify and develop global business opportunities in water, wastewater & renewable energy.

Tasks
-Develop individual business plans for each target country in collaboration with Regional/ Country Managers. -Lead detailed engagement with leads to drive conversions and long-term partnerships. -Work directly with the CEO and global leadership team. -Devising innovative ideas, strategies, and campaigns to expand WOG’s footprint. -Compile and distribute financial, statistical, and strategic reports for leadership decision-making. -Represent WOG in client meetings, technical discussions, and industry events alongside or on behalf of the CEO. -Formulate pricing strategies aligned with customer budgets, procurement methods, and internal policies. -Deliver impactful technical presentations to consultants, prospective customers, and decision-makers to ensure inquiries are issued in WOG’s favor. -Collaborate with consultants and client representatives for Pre-Qualification (PQ) processes and technical specification approvals. -Conduct market research, SWOT analysis, and competitor mapping to support expansion. -Execute plans for market entry and establishing WOG in new geographies. -Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Process, Proposal, Engineering, Project Delivery) for business alignment. -Conduct research and analyze data to define target audiences and industry trends. -Work in close coordination with overseas BD/Marketing teams to ensure seamless information flow. -Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and stakeholders. -Identify new business opportunities across global markets in Water, Wastewater, and Renewable Energy.

What You Bring
Location: Head Office, Gurugram (with global travel as required) -Strong networking and client-relationship management. -High energy, resilience, and willingness to travel extensively. -Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. -Experience in developing pricing strategies, preparing tenders, and handling large EPC/DBO/BOOT projects. -Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms. -Entrepreneurial approach with ability to build markets from scratch. -Strong technical knowledge of WTP, WWTP, RO, ZLD, Desalination, and Renewable Energy solutions. -Analytical mindset with ability to translate research into business opportunities. -International business exposure and ability to navigate diverse cultural, regulatory, and business environments. -Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in Business Development for Water, Wastewater, and Renewable Energy projects at a global scale. -Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
