Tasks

-Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail -Complete documentation and reports related to the siting process -Conduct quality inspections to ensure all installations meet company standards -Communicate effectively with park owners or private clients regarding site requirements and any considerations -Level and secure lodges using the appropriate tools and equipment in line with NCC guidance -Address snagging issues, such as joinery, plumbing, and other damage caused during transit -Maintain professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service when interacting with clients -Collaborate with the construction team to ensure efficient and timely installation -Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

What You Bring

-Understanding of health and safety practices in a construction environment -Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects -Competence in joinery and the ability to address all types of snagging issues -Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., telehandlers and forklifts) is preferred -Experience using tools and equipment for leveling and securing structures -Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow site plans -Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills -Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions -Understanding of plumbing, electrical, and general finishing work -Valid UK driver's license -Willingness to travel and work away from home for extended periods
