Assist property manager in daily operations, resident services, and financial tasks for student housing.

Tasks

-Participate in oversight of the maintenance team, ensure good curb appeal, and participate in quarterly inspections. -Uphold the mission and values of the company to the highest level. -Guide property tours and participate in leasing and marketing activities. -Respond to resident inquiries and complaints courteously and professionally. -Promptly respond to inbound leasing calls and process leases. -Promptly and accurately apply fees to ledgers, assess fines for lease violations, and process evictions as needed. -Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality. -Assist with the monthly close process and end-of-month financial reporting. -Manage delinquent accounts and review, code, and record invoicing and payments. -Ensure the property meets budgetary requirements and expense targets. -Assist with developing the annual property budget. -Provide support with rent collection and reporting initiatives for A/R activities. -Participate in recruitment, training, and coaching initiatives. -Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.

What You Bring

-Strong computer literacy and advanced proficiency using MS Office software. -Possess effective time management and problem-solving skills. -Can effectively assess problems and implement innovative solutions. -Previous experience utilizing property management software is preferred. -Demonstrate above-average verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to meet and uphold strong deadlines is a must in this role. -Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred. -Residential rental community experience a plus -Frequently required to walk -Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment. -Prioritize and delegate tasks using effective time management skills. -Possess a high level of organizational skills to ensure all aspects of the role are met. -Initiative - Volunteers readily; Undertakes self-development activities; Seeks increased responsibilities; Takes independent actions and calculated risks; Looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; Asks for and offers help when needed. -Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity -Continually required to talk or hear -Diversity - Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy; Shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; Educates others on the value of diversity; Promotes a harassment-free environment; Builds a diverse workforce. -Possess exceptional conflict-resolution skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. -The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to _25_ pounds
