Tasks

-Assists customers in the development and implementation of control solutions -Interacts and visits with customer, as required to support the development of application software -Assesses existing control logic to identify issues and potential improvements -Works with the sales team to determine customer control requirements -Provides support and troubleshooting to customers for Carel products and software solutions -Works with sales team and marketing teams to provide feedback based on customer requests, industry trends, and domain knowledge to develop and enhance electronic service offerings. -Trains customers in the use of proprietary hardware and software solutions -Designs, develops, and implements programmable control solutions for the HVAC/R industry

What You Bring

-Technical Skills -Familiarity with IEC 61131-3 Structured Text and Function Block Diagram programming -Basic knowledge of Networking/IT Infrastructure -Possesses working knowledge of the full range of product platforms -One or more years of experience working with Programmable Controls and Electronics in a technical or commercial role. -Problem Solving -Familiarity with automation protocols such as BACnet and Modbus -Communication Skills -One or more years of experience in the HVAC/R Industry -Analytical Skills -Ability to read electrical schematics and process control diagrams
