Overview

Conduct energy efficiency inspections for new homes, performing tests and reporting findings.

Tasks

-Perform site inspections to ensure that construction meets building codes and energy efficiency standards. -Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to energy efficiency and sustainability. -Maintain accurate records of all testing and inspection activities. -Candidate must be able to conduct multiple inspections each day, -Conduct energy testing on new homes, including blower door tests, duct leakage tests, and other diagnostic tests to measure energy efficiency and identify areas for improvement. -Work closely with builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to communicate findings and provide recommendations for improving energy efficiency.
