-Comfortable and competent while working with senior leaders and managing cross-functional efforts -Great interpersonal and communication skills - positive outlook and attitude -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite -Local candidates preferred -A minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience -You have a record of accomplishment creating unique social media content. -You are organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. -Previous consulting experience -3 years of experience in social media content creation -High aptitude for managing and solving tactical issues -Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign -Experience in a communications field of expertise: social media, event planning, community engagement, target marketing, descriptive writing, public involvement, etc. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -You are a skilled writer and editor. -Excellent knowledge and experience developing and implementing social media strategies -You are comfortable contributing ideas and brainstorming during creative meetings with clients. -Associate's degree in writing, digital media or related field strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree in closely related field preferred -You have experience leading work with creative disciplines including graphic design and video production. -You are a lifelong learner who enjoys researching new content trends and encouraging clients to innovate. -Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment -Self-motivated and ability to work independent with multiple teams as well as team oriented
