Tasks

-Lead coordination workshops to identify and resolve design clashes across disciplines. -Define modeling strategies and develop workflows that promote project efficiency and collaboration. -Manage the structural BIM delivery across projects, ensuring alignment with standards, schedules, and quality benchmarks. -Create and manage 3D BIM models from 2D information using software such as Revit, integrating multiple drawing sets. -Mentor junior staff, support QA/QC reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement in digital practices.

What You Bring

-A minimum of 6 years' experience with a strong technical background in CAD/BIM and a working knowledge of structural engineering principles. -Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of a project team. -Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality models and drawings. -Strong leadership and coordination skills, particularly in BIM clash detection and project delivery
