Tasks

-Collaborate closely with project teams to develop and lead robust project programmes. -Work hand-in-hand with our operational teams through meetings and progress reporting to ensure delivery stays on track. -Keep project programmes resourced, realistic and responsive to change. -Share your knowledge through coaching and supporting others involved in planning. -Contribute to the success of new bids and tenders where your expertise adds real value. -Track and report on progress, identifying risks and opportunities. -Establish fully linked baseline programmes at project start up and ensure compliance with all planning standards and procedures.

What You Bring

-A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help projects succeed. -The confidence to communicate effectively with teams at all levels -Proficiency with Asta Powerproject (or similar software). -A strong understanding of project planning methodologies, tools and techniques. -Proven experience as a Project Planner with an MEP background or a Project Manager or Contracts Manager who is used to running their own programmes.
