Tasks

-.Lead pre-energization walks to ensure equipment readiness, coordinating with Mechanical & Electrical Superintendent teams -.Manage Cx-related BIM issue identification and resolution processes -.Drive collaboration with the Building Management System (BMS) team to resolve L3/L4 BMS issues -:Oversee pre-energization walks and manage third-party inspection support -.Direct coordination of access for L3/L4/L5 testing, including escorts and badge access management -.Oversee review and implementation of Method of Procedures (MOPs) for Cx scope -.Direct L3/L4 script reviews, providing strategic input and approvals -.Manage technical documentation review across gating levels (L3 Startup, L4 72hr Lookahead, etc.) -.Lead resolution of Cx software and technical issues, ensuring seamless project execution -.Approve and validate LOTO plans, ensuring compliance with site-specific COHE policies -.Supervise startup/shutdown activities and lead L4/L5 readiness walks with Cx Agent -.Manage vendor and trade partner coordination for L3 startup and L4/L5 support -.Assign and oversee additional duties to achieve team and project objectives
