As Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the customer journey across all areas of our housing operations. You’ll lead a focused team, including a Continuous Improvement Project Lead, Training & Quality Officer, and Continuous Improvement Coordinator, working closely with colleagues across all housing management functions.
Your focus will be on making processes more transparent, efficient, and customer-friendly, delivering quick wins and long-term improvements. You’ll facilitate service improvement requests, analysis trends in performance highlighting best practice, and ensure our policies, processes, and work instructions are clear, compliant, and easy to follow.
This is an agile role based in Leyland, with office attendance required according to business needs. Initially, you’ll be expected to spend time in the office to embed yourself within the team and organisation.
