Tasks

Utilize your strong technical knowledge to deliver high-quality BIM models, adhering to project specifications and industry standards. Execute SCAN to BIM projects for the US geography, ensuring accurate conversion of scanned data into BIM models. Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Plants using CAD software specifically Revit Architecture and AutoCAD Review and analyse specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs Provide BOM management along with sourcing support of all components within the design Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology, providing recommendations for process improvement and implementation. Perform and make necessary design decisions/judgments during the course of work as required based off of intellectual thought Communicate and assist other departments with calculations and datasheets Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise during the BIM modeling process. Lead and coordinate with other employees to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems Develop and maintain 3D models Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MEPF, structural, and architectural disciplines for effective coordination and integration. Creation of CAD & Revit models and production drawings

What You Bring

Strong managerial skills to effectively lead teams of at least 15 - 20 drafters and designers. Revit Architecture , AutoCAD , BIM 360 Experience of 8 - 12 Years B. Arch Degree or BE Civil Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle various situations during client deliverables. Experience in handling client calls, meetings, quality audits and training.
