Tasks

-Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. -Manage incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. -Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and kitchen stock. -Assist with health and safety checks, reporting issues and ensuring compliance. -Liaise with external suppliers and service providers as required. -Maintain accurate records of facilities-related activities and documentation. -Support day-to-day facilities operations, including office maintenance, supplies, and contractor coordination. -Issue visitor passes and ensure compliance with security procedures. -Greet visitors and staff in a professional and friendly manner. -Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with hospitality arrangements.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role. -Experience in facilities or office management support. -Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. -First Aid or Fire Warden training (or willingness to undertake). -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
