Requirements

BE Civil with Experience: 10+ years

This pivotal role is integral to managing all pre and post contract activities for our prestigious residential luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of contract management, project oversight, and the development of vendor relationships.

• A minimum of 10+ years of demonstrable experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development specifically within the real estate sector.
• Have you previously worked on any Villa/Luxury Real Estate Projects?
• Can you join within 2-3 weeks?
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
• Strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
• Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
• Willingness to travel as necessary based on project requirements.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
