Tasks

Reporting to the Head of Sales – SIC and Industrial, this role will lead Infrabuilds strategy for key channel partners in the Mining & Resources sectors and direct manufacturing accounts the role will be the key link between our customers and operations to help sharpen our competitive edge against imports. -Build and manage strong customer and internal relationships -Manage Manufacturing and Resource segment performance: forecasts, sales, DIFOT and site-level outcomes -Drive key business and product development initiatives -Lead growth in the mining/resources segment through channel and product strategy

What You Bring

You have a customer-first mindset, strong business acumen and proven ability to build customer and internal relationships to deliver successful outcomes. -Experience and demonstrated record of achieving results in a similar heavy manufacturing environment -Ability to deeply understand our customers’ needs and translate those insights into actionable strategies that help us improve the businesses service offering. -Previous sales/account manager/business development and customer facing experience -Mining and resources industry experience highly regarded -Degree qualified in relevant discipline highly regarded -Own market intelligence, sales forecasting, and quality issue resolution
