Overview

Configure and maintain IT infrastructure, support operations, and troubleshoot hardware/software.

Tasks

-Assist in small to medium scale infrastructure projects. -Interface with customer and project teams. -Day to Day Infrastructure Operations Support (maintain relevant systems, documentation, ticketing system) -Receive and support escalations from IT Operations Support team. -Adhere to company safety and security policies & procedures.

What You Bring

-Azure Certifications - preferred. -Minimum 2+ years Public Cloud administration -IT Technical Course or Certificate - must. -Minimum 3-5 years of experience working on an enterprise level operations team. -Holding a University Degree - preferred. -Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience.
