-Accurate use of measuring devices including squares and tape measures -Operation of hand and power tools -High school diploma, general education degree or vocational degree -Applicants must provide complete work history with employer references for last three to five years -2+ years of experience with general trade skills for siding/roofing/metalworking or assembly -Skillful operation of non-specialized shop equipment -All employees are subject to a pre-employment background check and pre-employment and random drug testing. Due to working in / being exposed to a safety sensitive environment, THC testing will occur as part of all drug screens. -Ability to follow instructions and execute assigned duties -Ability to select the proper tool for the tasks and ensures proper operation
