Provide first‑line IT support across sites, handling desktops, apps, telecoms and networks.
Coordinate the supply and installation of equipment
Help to administer, maintain and monitor IT systems
Take ownership of, prioritise and keep users informed of issue progress
Help troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues with the assistance of third-party providers
Assist with projects
Assist with all manner of IT issues, including desktop, application, telecoms, printing, networking and site communications, either in person, over the phone or by remote control

Experience in supporting Apple MACs
Familiarity with support administration tools, i.e. ticketing systems, MS Active Directory, MS server
Experience within the builders’ merchant sector or other similar business
Be experienced in supporting end users within a multi-site IT environment
Experience in supporting phone systems, network troubleshooting
Good general MS Office skills
Good written skills – recording and updating issues clearly and concisely
Be able to support mobile phones and devices
Have excellent Microsoft Windows desktop and general IT support knowledge
Be keen to assist, friendly, and customer focused
Be great at understanding and resolving problems
Ability to learn and absorb new systems and processes quickly
Have a knowledge and wider awareness of IT systems and processes
