Tasks
-Secure buy-in from stakeholders, analyzing data, scope definition, defining the project team -Drive Performance Management (PMS) to ensure timely execution to achieve agreed targets, provide corrective actions if needed, and report out to Management -You will act as a partner to our manufacturing and supply chain leaders to elevate a culture of high performance and continuous improvement with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost across the entire value chain. -As part of a global team, you will search and share best practices and enroll Danfoss standards proactively. -Support in preparing business cases and creating tactical implementation plans (TIP)

What You Bring
-Strong inspirational stills -An improvement driven mindset with lean experience -Previous manufacturing experince within a large or medium-sized organization. -Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Continuous Improvement in a performance-driven organization or consulting. -Demonstrates cultural intelligence and enjoys working across cultures -Strong project and change management skills -Fluent in English – speaking and writing -Analytical mindset, structured approach, able to make decisions based on facts -The successful candidate has a track record of hands-on experience in implementing change management projects resulting in lower cost. -A result-oriented team-player, able to create winning teams -An efficient communicator and consensus builder with an open and curious mindset
