Tasks

-Review and manage O&M Contractors’ operation and maintenance schedules. -Monitor schedule performance and identify deviations across all project phases. -Track progress and performance against key deliverables. -Develop and maintain Risk Management practices and reporting dashboards. -Develop and maintain a Service Delivery Plan for all project control activities. -Develop and implement scheduling, document control, and reporting procedures. -Ensure efficient project management practices within the Consultant’s organization and with external interfaces. -Ensure alignment with the Employer’s objectives and contractual milestones.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with project control tools and methodologies. -Proven expertise in schedule management, document control, and performance tracking. -Minimum 15 years of management experience in project controls, preferably in the rail or metro sector. -Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). -Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments.
