Tasks

-Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed. -Field data collection; -Attending meetings with clients and regulatory authorities; and -Data processing and analyses; -Support development of proposals in response to RFPs. -Performing engineering/scientific calculations and critical reviews of technical reports; -Writing technical reports;

What You Bring

-Regular field work and overnight travel. (required) -Experience in the development and application of surface water models. (preferred) -Ability to work independently and in a team setting. -Valid passport (or eligibility to obtain) and ability/willingness to travel internationally to support waterfront project work. (preferred) -Field data collection experience. (preferred) -Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing. (required) -Master's degree in related field (preferred) -Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required) -Bachelor's degree in water resource engineering, coastal engineering, civil engineering, water resource scientist, coastal science, or closely related field (required) -Good communication and report development skills. -Boating experience. (preferred) -Surface water modeling (hydrodynamic, hydraulic, hydrologic and water quality); -GIS Capabilities. (preferred) -Programing skills to support data processing and analyses.
