-Develop leasing strategies and recommendations based on market insights to attract and retain tenants -Prepare annual budget and forecast for properties assigned -Identify and prospect for potential tenants through market research, networking and outreach -Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation -Negotiate lease terms for new leases and renewals -Lead a team or mentor a member in the execution of leasing strategies -Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters -Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry -Review and recommend position and tenancy mix of new and existing properties
