Tasks
-Develop and implement best practices for the use of CMMS, driving data accuracy, process efficiency, and ongoing system improvements. -Analyze system data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports for performance monitoring and asset optimization. -Manage all aspects of the CMMS to ensure effective tracking of assets, maintenance schedules, workflows, and work order management within the Railway Project. -Coordinate training and support for staff to promote user adoption and system proficiency. -Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations through the use of CMMS. -Oversee integration of the CMMS with other relevant digital platforms and maintenance programs. -Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, IT, and engineering teams for CMMS-related matters. -Provide technical leadership and support to maintenance teams, ensuring effective use and understanding of the CMMS.

What You Bring
-Strong understanding of data analytics, system integration, and best practices in computerized maintenance management. -Willingness to travel as per project/client/company requirements. -Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to train and develop cross-functional teams. -Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. -Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. -Proven expertise in asset management, maintenance planning, and workflow optimization through CMMS. -Minimum 10 years of experience working with CMMS software in a technical and managerial capacity, ideally within transport, infrastructure, or large facility environments.
