-Mortgage statement processing and reconciliations -Verbal verification of banking information -Assist with real estate tax bill processing -Assist with filing and payment of annual state filings -Bank statement processing and reconciliations -Assist with filing and payment of annual business licenses -Provide supporting documentation for audit requests -Generate report files for tax preparer

What You Bring

-Minimum of 2-3 years of general accounting experience. Commercial real estate accounting is a plus. -Ability to work under pressure -Process improvement mindset -Attention to detail and great organizational skills -Knowledge of Yardi software is also a plus -Proficient with Microsoft applications -Forward-thinking and problem-solving skills -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team -Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines -1099 preparation and processing
