Tasks
-Leading, hiring and managing a team of Territory Sales Managers -Responsible for strategic direction of territory as well as achieving corporate stated goals -Cultivating and managing the distribution / wholesale partnerships in a multi-state territory -Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion -Investigating and, if applicable, resolving customer claims to reinforce the relationship between customer, dealer, and manufacturer -Represents Barrette Outdoor Living and ActiveYards products and attends trade home shows to promote our products -Leading and coordinating sales functions with use of Salesforce -Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition -Coordinates and acts as liaison between sales department and other sales related units within BOL and across Oldcastle APG -Improving and leading the assigned territory to increase sales at stocking distributors / wholesalers throughout the territory

What You Bring
-Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong knowledge of Excel and ERP system -Valid Driver's License with clean driving record -5+ years related experience in Sales leadership, Account Management or related -Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience -Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills -Ability to travel up to 75% is required
