-Must pass a background check. -Must provide contactable professional references. -Comfortable and capable of working safely on ladders and at heights when required. -Carpentry and finish carpentry -Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, property managers, and team members. -Painting and light finishing -Clean, professional appearance and demeanor. -Able to work independently with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -Kitchen and bath repairs or remodels -Expertise in at least six (6) or more of the following areas: -20+ years of hands-on experience in the trades. -Reliable transportation (truck or van) and a complete tool set suitable for residential service work. -Portfolio of past work required (photos, customer references, or documentation). -IT Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps, text/email, and digital job updates. -Must have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to clearly explain work scope, provide accurate on-site estimates, and professionally adjust customer expectations when needed. -Exterior repairs (trim, siding, gutters, decks, etc.) -10 days PTO (usable throughout the year)
