Tasks

-Responsible for proper use of all equipment and supplies and adheres to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste. -Responsible for accuracy of contents of safe and issued banks, cash handling, and bank deposits. -Follows all CSM procedures for guest/associate incidents. -Maintains a clean and safe work area in compliance with CSM, brand, local, state, and federal regulations. -Produces required volume of work by planning, organizing and prioritizing work duties. -Responsible for daily activities such as preparing reports and tip tracking. -Anticipates and responds to guests, and fellow associates' requests in a friendly, positive and timely manner. -Follows all accounting standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy of accounts receivable, assist with the direct billing process, follow up and collection. -Assists Property Accountant and Executive Team with other projects as assigned. -Adheres to CSM attendance policy, grooming/appearance standards, general work rules, and department procedures. Attends all required department and hotel meetings.
