Ensure compliance with company ISO certifications and accreditations and offer technical support and guidance to department in relation to Lifting Equipment thorough examination & inspection.
Provide inspection personnel and other department Engineers with technical input for queries related to Crane & lifting equipment compliance, defect categorisation, acceptance criteria, evaluation and decision making.
Develop, manage, upkeep and auditing of clients lifting equipment examination schemes, as applicable.
Manage the technical competence, training, development, monitoring, mentoring and subsequent authorisation of lifting equipment Inspectors.
Develop, manage, upkeep all written documents in compliance with applicable regulations, standards and client requirements with regards to examination schemes and the in-service thorough examination of lifting equipment.
Assist with Invitation to Tenders for lifting equipment scopes.
Support & prepare for client, technical and internal audits to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and processes.
Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
Manage the data, accuracy and technical content of management / lifting equipment inspection forms and procedures on Management System / document register.
