Associate Director - Key Clients

Description

• Monitor client satisfaction and take ownership of resolving issues effectively.
• Develop tailored proposals and pitches that meet the needs of high-value clients and corporate partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key client segments.
• Represent Chestertons at client meetings, events, and networking forums.
• Serve as one of the main points of contact for allocated key clients, providing proactive, personalised service.
• Contribute to the Key Clients Team’s growth strategy by identifying market trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. branch directors, lettings, sales, property management).
• Anticipate client needs and ensure seamless delivery of Chestertons’ property services.
• Collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted campaigns for client acquisition and retention.
• Partner with external stakeholders including corporate relocation firms, developers, and business partners.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Track, measure, and report on business development activities and client engagement outcomes.

• Proven track record and knowledge of Lettings life cycle, business development, client relationship management, or stakeholder engagement
