Sell home improvement services in‑home, earning 10% commission on jobs.

Tasks

-Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services. (Weekday evenings and Saturdays required). -Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business. -Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.

What You Bring

-Great communication and listening skills with the ability to easily connect with various personalities. -Previous success with in-home sales (home-improvement-specific experience a plus). -The ability to learn new mobile technology and drive to customers’ homes throughout the State. -Successfully complete Kohler specific sales training. -Valid driver’s license. -High professionalism with incredible closing skills. -Working knowledge of Microsoft office and access to a Laptop or Tablet.

First 90 days: 9% (pre-tax) commission on jobs sold. After 90 days: 10% (pre-tax) commission on jobs sold. -No evening appointments on Friday and Saturdays! -All appointments are company generated and scheduled. No Cold Calling!
