Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, located in Queenstown. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing project budgets, conducting cost analyses, managing project finances, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time. The role also involves performing risk management, managing contract administration, and providing accurate financial reporting.
