Tasks

-Evangelism & thought leadership: represent Temus externally — produce whitepapers, speak at events, run client briefings, and publish case studies to increase brand and market pull. -Drive AI adoption across Singapore’s Smart Nation agenda and enterprise clients, turning technical possibility into measurable public and commercial value. -Develop AI strategy & roadmaps: translate business goals into pragmatic, time-phased AI roadmaps (0–3, 3–12, 12–36 months) covering use cases, data readiness, capability builds, platforms, and operating models. -Work with multidisciplinary teams and leading AI partners, and access unique public sector engagements. -Shape offerings & go-to-market: define repeatable AI productised offerings, pricing models, and value propositions; create pitch decks, PoVs and commercialization plans to accelerate pipeline. -Solution design & governance: partner with solution engineers and data teams to design technically sound, scalable, and safe AI architectures; define governance, risk and compliance guardrails and measurable KPIs. -Influence product, delivery and governance across Temus and our partners while championing ethical, trustworthy AI. -Enablement & capability building: design internal training, playbooks, and templates to uplift sales, client partners, and delivery teams on AI strategy and responsible AI practices. -Program leadership & delivery enablement: sponsor pilots and scale programs, set success criteria, track outcomes, and support handover to delivery teams; coach internal teams on strategic client delivery. -Influence national-scale AI initiatives and enterprise transformations aligned to Singapore’s Smart Nation vision. -Market sensing & partnerships: monitor competitive landscape and emerging tech (LLMs, multimodal, MLOps), identify partner integrations, and recommend strategic investments or alliances. -Combine deep AI know-how with commercial instincts to win, shape, and deliver high-impact programs. -Client engagement & business development: lead client conversations, identify high-impact opportunities, run executive workshops, craft proposals, and close engagements. Proactively prospect and cultivate target accounts.

What You Bring

-Client-facing excellence: skilled in executive engagement, workshops, stakeholder mapping, and persuasive storytelling. -8+ years’ experience in AI strategy, product, consulting with a track record of winning and delivering AI programs. -Strong business acumen: able to quantify value, build ROI cases, and design pricing/contract structures. -Cross-functional collaborator: experience working with engineering, data science, policy, and product teams to translate strategy into delivery. -Thought leadership: published perspectives, conference talks, or industry presence that demonstrates market credibility. -Hands-on technical fluency: comfortable reviewing architectures, data requirements, and vendor choices; able to contribute to proof-of-concept designs. -Proven commercial success: led pursuits, closed multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, or grown strategic accounts. -Strong domain knowledge across AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, computer vision, MLOps) and practical understanding of trade-offs in deployment, scalability, cost, and safety.
