Electrical Project Executive

Overview

Oversee P&L, budgets, scheduling, safety, and client communication for electrical projects.

Tasks

-Schedule and attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers as needed to meet client expectations and project milestones -Ensure all projects are running safely, effectively and on schedule -Ensure quality control throughout project -Responsible for ensuring project budgets are being followed, work codes, cash flow, forecasting costs, and monitoring & reporting any financial issues to owner -Manage and communicate with all project managers, superintendents, etc. in order to facilitate job progress and ensure best practices are being followed -Responsible for P&L -Travel to projects, as needed

What You Bring

-Must be able to pass a background check, and possess a good driving record -Knowledge & financial responsibility to run profit & loss -Journeyman License or Degree -Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, specs, and contract documents to fully understand scope of work, scheduling, and contract requirements -Project experience must include large commercial, industrial and multifamily electrical construction projects -Must be authorized to work in the U.S. -Proven success running operations for a medium-sized electrical contractor -Minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Senior Project Manager or similar for a medium to large electrical subcontractor -Successful experience with project budgets, forecasting project costs, change orders, billings, job costing, and more
