Supports customers and sales in EV charger selection, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.

Tasks
-Technical Sales Role: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, providing technical support and insights to drive sales. -Systematic Approach: Use techniques like data mining, system log analysis, and performance testing to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with chargers. -Key Relationships: Visit and build relationships with key personnel at Alpitronic globally. -RFI and RFP Support: Review and provide inputs on Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) technical specifications. -Reproduction and Isolation: Conduct tests to replicate and isolate issues, then develop solutions to address them. -Customer Engagement: Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and potentially international destinations to represent Alpitronic and engage with customers. -Influencing Specifications: Contribute to shaping technical specifications for product positioning and applications. -Product Delivery and Installation: Support pre and post-sales activities, including product delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover. -Customer Liaison: Maintain effective relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process. -Internal Coordination: Work closely with product management, engineering, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution plans. -Application and Sales Support: Utilize Web and PC tools to provide technical support and application assistance during the sales process.

What You Bring
-Experience in structured testing of R&D products before field deployment, including documenting findings and providing feedback for improvements. -Awareness of digital hardware, power electronics control, and circuit theory is beneficial. -Experience in the electric vehicle (EV) or solar industry is highly desirable. -Demonstrated passion for sustainable technologies. -Minimum of 2 years in a related field, preferably in application engineering within electrical or power electronics industries. -Good presentation skills and successful project management experience. -Ability to assess customer-specific requirements and translate them into user stories for product development. -Basic understanding of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, CAN bus, and Modbus. -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent related experience in EV charging industry. -Self-starter with strong communication skills, passionate about their role, and committed to teamwork and achieving results.
