Tasks

As an Estimator, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced environment, conducting construction estimating, budgeting, and bidding for a diverse range of exciting projects. Your responsibilities will include interacting with architects, clients, business development, and operations staff to ensure a crystal-clear understanding of project objectives, schedules, and other essential information. Additionally, you'll be tasked with developing hard bids and pricing proposals in response to specific proposal requests, obtaining cost information from reliable subcontractors and suppliers, and collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding results.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, showcasing your commitment to excellence. -Proficient in reading plans and performing comprehensive takeoffs. -Excellent oral and written communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with all stakeholders. -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite software and Adobe Acrobat, allowing you to work efficiently. -Strong mathematical and organizational skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy. -Senior Level: A proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in estimating within a professional construction firm, demonstrating your expertise and proficiency. -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
