What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of smart grid technologies and their applications in utility systems -Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment -Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail -Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written -Proven expertise in utility infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and energy efficiency -Willingness to travel within the UAE and potentially internationally as required -Minimum 15 years of experience in the utility industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role -Exceptional leadership and team management skills -Proficiency in technical documentation and data analysis tools -Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred -Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) -Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
