Tasks

-Train HR team members on Workday reporting and dashboards, ensuring they are proficient in using these tools effectively. YOU HAVE: -Promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and execution -Be responsible for the designing, optimization, and implementation of various reporting and analytics solutions. -Serve as an additional resource for producing HR scorecards and data summaries for executive leaders, Board of Directors, and other senior leaders across the organization. -Support the People Analytics function on key strategic initiatives, including but not limited to enhancing HR scorecard processes, developing HR metrics and methodologies, and supporting HR peers with reporting best practices. -Identify key considerations and enhancements in COE processes and configurations to support the reliability of data within reporting and analytics. -Collaborate with key stakeholders and internal customers through the entire report development process from initial intake through report deployment.

What You Bring

-Respectful and team oriented -Previous experience in or with 3-5 years of Workday report development; certified in Workday Reporting strongly preferred. -Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite reporting and dashboard configuration -Innovative & adaptable -Workday Studio/BIRT experience preferred. -Understand routine Workday system enhancements and the impacts to reporting and analytics and provide implementation and testing support as needed. -Strong HCM, Talent and Recruiting system experience with an emphasis in report development. -Background in understanding HCM data and its application in reporting and analytics. -Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills strongly preferred -Academic background in Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field; or an equivalent.
