Do you enjoy using your influence to drive compensation strategies? If so, we are looking for a dynamic Compensation Specialist to join our team. Your role will be extremely important to the organization as you will be developing and administering programs that are aligned with our strategies to drive performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.

What You Bring
You’ll use your bachelor’s degree in HR, or 5-7 years equivalent job experience, to administer both employee and executive compensation programs in Workday, including base salary and incentive compensation programs, assist with the execution of our Total Rewards strategy, conduct research on current and future policies, practices, trends and technology affecting compensation and manage our rewards and recognition program. Experience with benefit plans, and other total rewards, is a plus as you would be joining a versatile and collaborative Human Capital team that strives to meet and exceed our organization’s needs both now and in the future.

Benefits
The targeted base pay for this position is $100,800 to $117,600 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more. *The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs. Pay exceeding the posted range is considered for uniquely qualified candidates.
